How does Rydell Price Lock work?
Your price is guaranteed from date of order to 14 days after your vehicle arrives at the dealership. Due to manufacturer constraints, your vehicle purchase and delivery must be completed within those 14 days.

What if manufacturer rebates change?
We guarantee you get the Best Price when your vehicle arrives. Rebates change month-to-month, so if your vehicle’s rebates have increased from this month to when your vehicle is delivered, you will get the larger rebate! When our customer’s win, we win.

How will you evaluate my trade?
We will ask you to submit a combination of photos, such as the odometer, VIN tag, a few exterior photos and a few interior photos. These photos, coupled with some descriptive information such as general condition and vehicle options, will allow us to give you an estimated trade value. When we drop off your new vehicle we will then drive your trade back to our dealership, providing you a hassle-free vehicle purchase.

How long will my vehicle take to arrive?
Order today, and your brand-new custom vehicle will arrive in a matter of weeks. Don’t worry, we’ll provide regular updates along the way.

What if I have a trade-in?
We love trades! We will work with you to provide the best possible trade value and discuss any depreciation concerns.

How much money do I have to put down to order?
$0 is due at the time of order. We require only a purchase agreement in order to build your custom vehicle.

How can you order me a new vehicle when dealerships are having trouble getting new vehicles from new vehicle manufacturers?
Manufacturers prioritize ordered vehicles which makes it possible for us to order and receive their custom unit quickly.
